Buyer beware. Ridiculous service. Awful work. Left suppliers unpaid and job unfinished. Disappointed

We initially contacted Sunny Clouds for a shed install last March.The project began in April and was halted initially due to an error on my end, and various issues along the way. We tried to resume the project in October but kept getting the run around.As of today, basically radio silence, their email isn’t working, texts go unanswered. We have a concrete slab sitting on our property and nothing else.The lack of communication is disrespectful and completely unprofessional.Very disappointed and definitely would not recommend

Andy came and quoted to renovate our bathroom and earned the job. The job started in March of 2021, the work as of Oct 18th, 2021 is not completed. He installed the wrong sized glass for our show enclosure versus the design discussed and quoted, the tiling on the ledge in the shower is sloped to the wall, not the shower pan, so it collects water during every shower. Holes left in the ceiling from them installing a bumped out wall that wasn't to be installed per the original quote and discussion on the shower.He agreed to replace the glass as he got the size needed and said he was at Home Depot to order it and that he would fix the sloped tiles on the ledge. I was happy he was going to come good for the work deficiencies. However that was the end of the good times.I have been messaging Andy to come complete the job for the last several months with excuses about moving his shop and family challenges and he no longer reads or responds to messages at all. Business is business, say you're going to do a job do a job. He's on social media posting he's working on other sites so I know he's simply ignoring us.Andy also has not paid a local business for the material he used on our job, I've received several calls and emails from the local tile store that he owes them.He talks a good talk but doesn't follow through on craftmanship or completion once he has your money.Andy come finish the job you said you would.

The team is incredibly kind and hard-working. They are great to communicate with and are extremely reliable. They will go above and beyond to get things done! I've been in contact with so many other companies in the area and can say for sure that they are the absolute best! Thank you so much for your amazing work!
