They rebuilt our roadway with no respect for the people that lived here. The list of complaints against them was a mile long. The county had no one to approach about this, and Elgin had no one to approach about this. They did not communicate with us at all. To them it was a two million dollar project and we were irrelevant. After all that we have been through our neighbourhood will never be the same, and we had no input at all.

Elgin Construction has been doing water main service on our street in Stratford since mid June. Hats off to an Excellent team of workers lead by Jeremy! These men are amazing and very thoughtful and considerate to the residents on our street! Good job men! It was a pleasure watching you do your jobs! Ruby-Green our Chow puppy will miss all the men walking by and saying good morning and getting a pat on the head! I'm sure Ruby-Green will go for a walk to see you guys when you begin the street over from ours!

I live on Argyle St. Stratford. Your company is just finishing up the extensive work on our street now. The men you employed for this job were amazing. They were polite, allowing us to go to appts whenever possible. They answered our questions whenever we had any. I feel blessed to have had these men work here. Thank you.
